Is your hard drive service really free?

Yes! Both the collection and data erasure of your hard drives are completely free, with no minimum number of drives per trip.

Which areas do you cover?

We offer free collection for all areas of the UK.

Do you accept all types of hard drives?

Yes, we're happy to accept any drive no matter how old, and regardless of whether they include cables or not.

Do you collect any other items?

Yes we're happy to collect any unwanted laptops, desktop computers or data transfer cables e.g. USB.

How do you ensure my data is completely erased?

We use professional industry-standard data destruction software for all devices. In the event of a faulty drive unfit for resale, devices are physically destroyed before recycling.

Can I request a specific data erasure method?

Absolutely! Our data destruction tools feature erasure methods to support over 20 international data sanitising standards.

Do you offer on-site data erasure?

Not currently, but this is something we're looking to be able to provide soon.

How do I schedule a pickup?
