Yes! Both the collection and data erasure of your hard drives are completely free, with a minimum of 50 drives per collection. Please enquire for any smaller quantities and we'll be happy to discuss suitable options.

Yes, we're happy to accept any drive no matter how old, and regardless of whether they include original boxing or cables.
Yes we're happy to collect any unwanted laptops, desktop computers, LTO tapes or data transfer cables e.g. USB.
No, we never access, copy or resell any of your data stored on the drives.
Yes, we provide a certificate of data erasure or physical destruction for every single drive processed. This documents that the drives were securely erased or destroyed using recognised methods, and helps you keep clear records for compliance and internal assurance.
